Hearing On Penang Nudist Event Put Off To May 5

BALIK PULAU: The Magistrate’s Court here today postponed to May 5 and 6 to continue the hearing of the case of four individuals who stripped in public and participated in a nude sports fest at Teluk Kampi, on the Penang side of the National Park, in Teluk Bahang near here, two years ago.

The hearing of the case had been fixed to continue today.

Magistrate Nur Azzuin Abdul Moati postponed the case following a request by lawyer Gobind Singh Deo for time to study the video recording on the alleged event which he had received from the prosecution and to obtain further instructions from his clients.
