ROWLEY – A Perley Drive man accused of walking on his front lawn naked with a camera and tripod was ordered to avoid contact with the neighbors who reported him to police. Michael McConaghy, 68, was arraigned Thursday on indecent exposure and disorderly conduct charges and ordered to return to Newburyport District Court on June 8.
